Screen Manufacturing

Our extensive screen manufacturing department is renowned in the industry as one of the very best in the country, fully equipped with screen stretchers in a multitude of sizes and specifications allowing production of any frame from very small to a maximum of 7000mm x 3000mm.

We manufacture screens with any mesh count from 12T to 200T and provide technical advice and consultation offering solutions to any of your screen problems.

Our frames are manufactured using a high quality aluminium section; corners are expertly mitred and welded. The fabric which we use is a high quality mesh by NBC and is mechanically stretched to the desired tension and secured. We can stretch and re-stretch frames made from both aluminium and wood.

Within our screen manufacture department we have screen coating equipment, large scale drying cabinets and powerful 5KW light sources.
