Branding Decals
Branding Decals are used to promote brand awareness and strengthen the perceived value of a product so it’s important they can maintain their overall aesthetic appearance throughout their lifespan when fitted to a car, tractor, excavator or caravan.
Safety Critical Decals
Safety Critical Decals are typically designed and manufactured to follow guidelines laid out in specific Machinery Manufacturing Directives to ensure the safety of the operator and the integrity of the machine. Machinery Directives will also include where the decals should be located.
VIN Plates
VIN (vehicle identification number) or PIN (product identification number) plates feature unique codes which usually includes a sequential number used by OEM to identify individual vehicles and equipment.
Retro Reflective Decals
Available as reflective tapes or decals, they are applied to heavy vehicles and equipment giving a warning by way of reflective visibility. Our decals can be produced using both traditional screen print and digital print techniques depending on customer specific requirements.
Load Charts
All lifting equipment, be it crane or telehandler has to be equipped with up to date lifting capacity data typically in the form of a Load Chart. Load Charts refer to the crane’s capabilities, detailing its features and how it's lift capacity varies when considering distance and angle.
Anti Skid
Anti Skid matting has an extremely high kinetic friction co-efficiency and all products are manufactured in accordance with European and US Standards to meet mandatory health, environmental, and safety standards to which the international community must adhere. Accreditation is by an independent body.
Acoustic Foam & Heat Shield
Used for noise absorption, vibration, insulation and heat shielding, bespoke products can be manufactured to order using open and closed cell foams, polyester fibre, rubbers and polyurethanes.
Thrust Washer, Shims & Gaskets
Shims and washers are flat cut components designed to withstand high impact shock or movement, they are placed between metal parts to reduce wear due to friction. Custom made shims, gaskets, washers and spacers are manufactured using thermoplastic elastomers known for exceptional abrasion resistance to lubricant and grease.
Rubber Products
Our rubber products are made from a thick commercial grade rubber compound with pre-drilled 8mm bolt holes for fitment and coated in an ultra-bond lacquer for years of hard wearing road use. The products flexibility makes splitting and tearing almost impossible.
Decals for Homologation
Some decals fitted to road going equipment such as those used to indicate maximum speed or noise levels must be homologated by a public agency to ensure they meet local standards. Standards can vary by country including typestyles, colour and size.
Fascia Panels
Each of our fascia panels is an instrument cluster which will normally include as a minimum: a speedometer, fuel gauge, gearshift position, seat belt warning light, parking-break-engagement warning light and an engine malfunction light. Each individual display requires different colours for each of the visual feedback styles.
