Safety Critical Decals

Safety Critical Decals are typically designed and manufactured to follow guidelines laid out in specific Machinery Manufacturing Directives to ensure the safety of the operator and the integrity of the machine. Machinery Directives will also include where the decals should be located.

There is also a legal requirement for warning and safety critical decals to stay in place and be legible for the life of the machine so it is essential that the adhesion, substrate and printed image can survive in the harshest of conditions. With our own laboratory and access to an archive of evidence based test data, ScreenServices are in an ideal position to satisfy all legislative and application requirements.

ScreenServices have an in-house laboratory where decals are tested to industry standards to ensure products conform to customer specifications. Test procedures cover accelerated weathering, real time exposure to sunlight and humidity, chemical and abrasion.
