Shims and washers are flat cut components designed to withstand high impact shock or movement, they are placed between metal parts to reduce wear due to friction.

Custom made shims, gaskets, washers and spacers are manufactured using thermoplastic elastomers known for exceptional abrasion resistance to lubricant and grease.

Used to prevent wear and material fatigue between components subject to friction, parts can also be manufactured with a self adhesive backing utilising pure solvent acrylic adhesives and foams.
